MassachusettsFlatFeeMLS.com is operated by Brokerless, Inc. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Information you provide at checkout
When you order a package, you are taken to a secure checkout page run by our payment processor, Stripe. There you provide your name, email address, phone number, the property address and your payment details.
Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Order information we keep
After a payment is completed, we keep a record of the order: the package and any upgrades selected, the amount paid, your name, email address, phone number and property address, Stripe's order references, and the order's payment and email status.
How we use your information
We use this information to process your payment, confirm your order, prepare and manage your flat fee MLS listing, and contact you about your order and listing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Emails we send
After your order, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave at checkout, and our order team receives a copy of the order details so they can begin your listing. These are transactional emails about your order, not marketing.
Information shown on your listing
A flat fee MLS listing includes the property details and photos you supply and your contact information, which is shown on the MLS so agents can reach you. Listings on the MLS may also appear on consumer real estate websites.
Service providers
We rely on service providers to run the site: Stripe processes payments, a hosting provider runs the website and stores order records, and an email delivery provider sends order emails. They handle your information only to provide those services.
Fonts
This site uses Google Fonts. When those fonts are loaded, your browser may connect to Google's servers to retrieve the font files.
The contact page
When you send a message through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, property city or town, and your message. It is emailed to our team at Brokerless, Inc. through our email delivery provider so we can reply to your questions. This site does not store contact form messages in its own records.
