How it works

How Flat Fee MLS Listing Works in Massachusetts

Your home gets MLS exposure for one flat fee, and you stay in control of pricing, showings and offers.

  1. 01

    Pick a package

Compare the Standard and Premium packages and choose the one that suits your sale. You can add optional upgrades, such as a second MLS, during checkout.

  2. 02

    Send your listing details

Share your home's details and photos so your listing can be prepared. Your package sets how many photos you can include.

  3. 03

    Go live on the MLS

Your home appears on the MLS for agents and their buyers to find, and is syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com and other major real estate websites. MLS PIN is the primary MLS for most Massachusetts locations; Cape Cod & Islands MLS is the primary MLS for applicable Cape and Islands locations.

  4. 04

    Handle showings and offers

Manage your showings, communicate with interested parties and negotiate your offers. Your contact information is shown on the MLS, and you can make unlimited listing changes along the way.

  5. 05

    Accept the right offer

Choose the buyer and move ahead to closing. The decision is yours.

You stay in control

You set the asking price, decide when and how your home is shown, and choose which offer to accept. A flat fee listing gives you MLS exposure without a traditional percentage-based listing commission.
